School Pilot Agreement

Overview

XtraMath is inviting a limited number of schools to participate in a pilot of teacher-facing AI features (“Ask Mr. C”) designed to help educators interpret math fluency data and support students more effectively.

This pilot is offered at no cost and with no long-term commitment.

What the School Receives

Participating schools will receive:

• Access to the Ask Mr. C private beta features for teachers • School-level activation and onboarding support • Early access to new reporting tools • Opportunity to provide direct feedback influencing product development

What the School Agrees To

Participating schools agree to:

• Allow teachers to use the pilot through the remainder of the school year • Share feedback through short surveys or optional interviews • Notify XtraMath if technical issues arise

Participation may be discontinued at any time.

Data & Privacy

• No student-facing AI will be used during this pilot. • No student personal data will be shared with AI models, only practice signals. • AI features analyze aggregated learning signals generated inside XtraMath. • All existing district privacy protections and data policies remain unchanged.

Cost

The standard pilot is fully funded and free to participating schools.

Duration

Pilot runs from activation through June 2026 unless a school chooses to exit earlier.

Future Participation

Schools that participate may be invited to continue using the system next school year through standard school licensing or grant-supported programs.
